When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and message.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, set up and manage trade accounts, and run our business with you. We don't sell your information.

Who we share it with

We may share your details with our related companies and with service providers who help us run the business, such as email, hosting and freight providers. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our separate brand webstores and retailer login sites have their own privacy policies.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing support@surfboardagency.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
